Who are We?

Młynomag produces and sells (both in-store and online) flour from one of the oldest operating mills in Poland.
The traditions of this place date back to the 14th century. The mill is located in Reszel, about 30 km from Mrągowo. It is the heart of Warmia and Masuria and part of Europe’s culinary heritage.
Here you will find only natural products and decades of experience from industry masters.

Family and professional

As you can see below, running the mill has almost always been a family activity. It was so in the 14th century, and it remains so in the 21st century.

Today, the mill is powered (besides electric engines) by the passion of Mrs. Joanna’s and Mr. Paweł’s family.

It all began with Joanna’s father – Paweł Rezanko, an agricultural engineer, who as a child grew up in his father’s mill, inheriting the talent for turning grain into flour through generations.

When the Rezanko family was relocated from Polesia to Masuria after II World War, they continued doing what they always did best – making excellent flour.

Joanna’s grandfather and Paweł’s great-grandfather – Władysław – ran the mill in Srokowo until 1953, when the authorities at that time ordered him to cease operations. His son Paweł returned to the family craft in retirement. Wanting to continue the tradition, he looked for the right place to start his own mill. As it happens, while passing through Grodzki Młyn, he immediately fell in love with the place.

Today, the mill, restored and brought back to its historical condition, obviously looks much better than in 1994, when the Rezanko family took it over.

The mill is now run by Paweł’s daughter – Joanna Myszkowska – and his grandson – Paweł J. Rezanko, who are proud to be the next milling generation in the family and to be able to contribute more decades to Grodzki Młyn’s centuries-old heritage.
